Frame by Frame: Your Questions, Answered

  • All payments are final once submitted. While we don't offer refunds, we're happy to help you reschedule your session or adjust your shoot details.

  • Most sessions run 45–60 minutes, depending on your chosen package and number of looks.

  • Yes. You'll select your favorite images from the session for retouching, based on the number included in your package.

  • We recommend solid colors and clean, simple outfits for the most flattering results. Busy patterns are best avoided unless you're going for a specific creative look.

  • Standard retouched images are delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request.

  • Absolutely. You can add extra photos, lighting styles, or other upgrades anytime before or during your session.
